MUSIC STUDENTS WIN SCHOLARSHIPS FOR FALL 2007 SEMESTER Music students of Dr. Steve Katz wound up their last concert of the year with presentation of scholarships for the Fall semester. The Fine Arts Scholarship Nominee was Cary Lucas, and the Fine The Piano Ensemble Semester First Chair prize of $50 cash went to Stephen Haynes. Winners of the Musicality Scholarships, presented in honor of Dr. Ada Shotwell, were Josh Haynes, Lindsay Kennedy and Stump Sterling. The value of each scholarship is $250. Five students won Steve Katz AMRO Music Piano Scholarships. They were: $500 Scholarships plus $50 Gift Cards each from AMRO Music won by Grant Coleman and Edgar Gipanago; $700 Scholarships plus $50 Gift Cards each from AMRO Music won by Jason Dwyer and Jose Espinosa; $1,000 Scholarship plus $50 Gift Card from AMRO Music won by Andy Ling.
